oh crap. everytime I check on Rufus, his stats get even scarier.

Not much more I can do to improve him right now. At least for another day or so (I'll need to post a load more news).

Sold off some of his crappier gear, though, and replaced it with better stuff. Also got him some training and healed him up.

Gimme a day or two, and he'll be even stronger!

Oh yeah. You're going to need it. I just crunched the numbers and, if I fight Rufus right now, I won't hit most of the time. It'll look like tonight's fight in reverse. Definately need to save up and train up.
