Just asked the game store owner but his complete charge of books are faulty.
Problem with Wizards Customer Service is that I live in germany and dont
want to wait 5 Weeks for a replacement..
Heck, if the book is otherwise in good shape keep it! It adds character, and you can always try to sell it for a profit years from now (or just keep it).
Mine is unfortunate enough to be one of the ones that got bad binding. Apparently support is willing to replace them, so I sent an email and will call them if I don't hear back next week.
