Photoshop help?

I *do* have photoshop. However, my skills aren't all that great. But I managed this one, just for s***s and giggles. I realized I missed the obvious opportunity to add an ECTO - # to the lisence plate, but i just closed photoshop so we can all deal.

Bah, you got the reflection in the white part of the logo! How? I almost got it and then it just wasn't working.

My ability to explain this is even worse than my ability to make crap in photoshop, but, I think in blending options or something, you set the layer with the logo as an overlay. to make it a bit snazzier, i copied the logo layer, and set *that* layer as.....soft glow or something i think.

Nice! I believe that we called it ECTO-42.
