Phrenic creature in PCgen

I notice that although PCgen 5100 has the psionics SRd, the phrenic creature template doesn't exists.

I've been trying to add it, but no luck so far, at least, it won't properly give the innate psi-like abilities, even though it will for the aboleth, for example, and I've stated them similarly.

What am I doing wrong?

As Kar said, a data bug has been raised for this creature. It was an oversight that it was forgotten. Thanks for the catch!
