Pious Templar & Bonus Spells ???

Does a Pious Templar receive bonus spells due to high Wisdom? Or are the PT's spells bonuses in and of themselves, so they are not eligible for high wisdom bonus spells?

The wording is confusing me. Does a PT get bonus Wis spells for both cleric spell levels AND PT spell levels?

Yes, they do.

"Pious Templar bonus spells are based on Wisdom."

Don't see what's confusing there. Of course, they get bonus spells from a high Wisdom and if the templar also is a cleric, he will receive Wis bonus spells for both classes normally (much like a cleric/druid would).
