Pirate Borg: Buried in the Bahamas

Hearing the bird’s song, he yells to the parrot, which to this point, seemed a helpful sort,

“Hey Bird, check that yonder beach fer signs of danger”
"Aye, aye, sir, right on it" the parrot replies, but it is unclear if he's earnest or sarcastic. In any case, he does as he's been told and flies slowly towards the nearby beach.

The mangrove forest is thick here and the parrot can spot egg-devouring snakes twining in the branches and a pair of feral donkeys cropping the underbrush further inland. But there don't appear to be any humans, undead of monstrous spider-crabs around.

The parrots lingers a bit over the area. If he doesn't spot anything else, he'll slowly fly back to the barge and report.
