I use whatever I think fits my campaign best- sometimes its Planescape, sometimes its older stuff, sometimes its things from completely unrelated games, like RIFTS, Primal Order or Everwhere.

I change it every campaign, and actually I change it even during a campaign.

I follow the philosophy that "it doesn't necessarily exist until the PC stumble upon it" :D

Hence I definitely use a lot of ideas from books, especially MotP and FRCS, but I change so many things, not just within the planes, but most importantly between the planes.

I use 3E rules material with my own cosmology. Otherwise I use 2E rules material with 1E setting info.

I really disliked 2Es alienization of demons and devils.

Arguably, I'll take 3.5 rules w/ PSCS 3.5, 2nd ed. fluff, 3.5 supplements, non-PS books on the planes (Some, like Beyond Countless Doorways are good for planar adventuring, because they detail oddball planes that wouldn't normally make it into WotC's stuff.) and setting material from just about anywhere, to fit the entire theme of PSCS's 'linking all the campaign settings together' vibe. I'll nix what's overpowered, but other than that...

I'll let almost anything in, if I can be reasonably sure that it won't break the game.

A mixture of Chessboards, Portals and Planes, the 1st ed. MoP (the elemental planes) and the Second World Sourcebook. I hate the Wheel and most of its inhabitants and have replaced it with a few cosmologies.

I Voted Other

I do not have planar-based campaigns, so if I have anything plane-related it is generally encounter-specific or part of an already published adventure. As such, I don't really use *any* planer rules sources. I pretty much just wing it.
