Playable monstrous races

Are there any playable monstrous races in D&D with digitigrade legs, hooves, horns, and tails that are +0 LA? Something that is not animal-looking.

Core D&D tends to build any optional race with LA...

Have a look at the racial levels in Savage Species progressions, that way you lose class levels but not HD.

Silly, cliche race though... I didn't remember seeing them in the original Dragon issue and I couldn't figure out why they were in the Compendium... I mean really, they have a racial skill with the trident...? Ooooooooooooooooo, 'evil' devil people...

I have the Dragon issue with the Diaboli in it and I'm not sure how much it has changed in the Dragon Compendium Vol.1.

I thought about a Kobold also but the setting is Dragonlance and I'm not sure either would work in the world.
