Player Survey

Here's a simple one I put together for a group I'm going to be running an Iron Kingdoms game for this summer. It's geared (no pun intended) towards determining what kind of story the players would enjoy, as opposed to singling out specific things (sex, character death, etc.). Heck, now that I see yours, I may borrow some of the questions from it as we get closer to go time for the campaign.

This is a survey for my upcoming Iron Kingdoms campaign, to determine what everyone's gaming priorities are when crafting my story. Please rate each element of the game from 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest in terms of importance to you:

Combat
Exploration
Puzzle-solving
Goodies (magic items, treasure, etc.)
Experience Points
Roleplaying/Character Interaction
Character-Driven Stories
Background Elements (bringing stuff from your BGs into the campaign)
Romance
Action (other than combat; car chases, etc.)

Hope that helps!

I would add a question to the first survey asking about their feelings on alignment, and on playing evil characters.

We just don't allow them (alignments that is). On regular campaigns we don't allow evil characters and put that in our notice about what the campaign is all about.
