4 pages for dwarf, 5 for elf, 3 for halfling, human, and gnome, 2 for half-orc and half-elf, unknown for tiefling
IIRC, Elves are getting the Drow subrace in the PHB, so they get an additional one.Looks like the elf race requires the most space, unless the elf sub-chapter is showcasing a double-page artwork

Could start at the end of one page, and end at the beginning of another, I suppose.

Makes sense if they're gonna include the Dragonborn and Tiefling in the starting lineup might as well have an oldie like the Drow.

They aren't my favorite (And why isn't Aasimar a base race if Tiefling is one?), but it's just fine since they didn't exclude former base races to include them.

Yea, page starts aren't going to give us much info, since there could be any number of tables or artwork in between.
It's nice to see Dragonborn and Gnome in the same PHB for the first time.

Elves always had a zillion subraces as creatures of chaos, different environmental conditions seems to have a tendency to create many sub-race variations/mutations...
Granted I think it'll only be High, Wood and Drow. But that's still more than what other races will probably get.
