What we learned (please post what I missed)
-Looks like we have warforged, and eladrins at least playable. Presumably in PHB.

Sasha used a wizard strike with her staff, not only injuring a wolf, but also pushing it away from the prone Heron.
It appears that the wizard feats include arcane strike, which apparently can now instigate a bull rush.

This gave Heron the room he needed to stand, move away from his assailants, and regain a few hit points with a second wind.
Apparently some sort of self-heal, available as an 'everybody' skill? (both the rogue & ranger use it)

That poor goblin fired on Heron, missing but triggering an immediate counterattack from the ranger, who followed up with two more arrows on his turn. The sharpshooter was dead before the third arrow struck home.
Counterattack abilities? Sweet.

Warforged, very doubtful. Dunno about eladrin ... Remember, we have very long cycles involved here. While the 4E PHB rules are mostly set (although playtesting continues), there's a PHB2 and Eberron campaign setting already tentatively scheduled for summer '09, for which playtesting must be in early stages already. Naturally the internal playtest groups would have a mix of rules.

Second wind is part of the SW: SAGA game, which has already been cited as including some 4E ideas. In those rules, you can take a swift action when you're below 50% hit points to regain 25% or your Con in hit points (whichever is greater), once per day. Evidently something like this is planned for D&D.
