I think I have the concept of the PC down, his powers seem OK (please rate/fix if needed) but the feats past his starting point, I just cant figure out what is good for a Psion.
Please assist with anything you can
NOTE : This character isnt designed to be optimized, his first 5 levels include a lot of Roleplay tools, the idea is that he spent his life as a diplomat prior to joining the party at level 5, thus he has a lot of non-combat feats and basically everything up and until level 5 in the way of feats and skills and abilities, I am keeping...
The idea is not to create an uber ninja kill everything Psion, but a fun to play Telepath with dominating, mind control skills... The idea is that he debuffs with his at wills and with his dailies he takes control of his opponents.
