Hey Smetz!

I know it could be a lot of work, but did you ever consider switching to Mean instead of Average?
It would lessen the impact of those that rate consensus 9's, 1's and vice-versa.
 

I gave it a 3. I love conjurers and energy missiles, but the limits are way to much for such a weak benifit (and I have a custom feat IMC that grants +1 to spell penentration & +1 to hit with energy missiles or +1 to save DC & +1 to hit with rays that predates T&B, anyway, rather than weapon focus).

I believe they are: Average Rating, Total Votes, Thread ID#

so that you can find your way to an poll if it interests you. Since they aren't there for all of them I'm assuming he started doing it midway through and/or lost some to "Board jumps".

Either way, I'd like to say Thank you! to smetzger for starting these polls and continuing them. I've found them useful from time to time and usually appreciate everyone's comments & POV.

The mean is an average. The other common averages are Mode (most common vote) and median, which is the mid point of the voting.

I doubt it's going to make a lot of difference.
