Don’t they normally refer to people by names and personal pronouns, though, when they want to identify a specific body (eg the one woman’s son, and so on)? I thought they did.

Maybe, I wasn’t completely sold on the theory either. Just something I’ll be watching out for if I get around to a rewatch.

You would think self preservation would override the need to please everyone. I guess they weighed the cost of giving her the bomb and the cost of not giving her the bomb and decided giving it to her saves more lives?

Self preservation can’t even override their inability to harmlessly pick fruit. It seems like the only thing with any override potential is their desire to spread.

I'd have to check again but I believe he said he'd love to do 10 seasons, not that it was planned to be 10 seasons

One of the things I like about Vince is his ability to let the story change organically. Like when bit actors show up and become central characters because the story wants it and they are good.

Years ago. I can’t even remember the last time I watched a 20+ episode show. It hasn’t been the standard model for a decade or more.

My friend pointed out to me that Breaking Bad was not extensively pre-planned and still released yearly, and Better Call Saul was yearly at the start (a little more delay for the last couple seasons). There's hope!
