What WotC books have statistics on different types of poisons?

I'm trying to compile a full list of available poisons from each book. Or is the DMG the only book that has poisons?

Book of vile furries had "Ravages" that poison evil creatures.
Libris Mortis has Positoxins that whack undeads stats
Most monster books will have a poison or two in them.
Complete adventurer might have a few.

Yes, the book calls them "Ravages"
