Does RPGA count?

What was the criteria for the poll?

It seems strange that Slaine, a rpg just came out gets a mention, but we have to mark Other for a gameworld that was one the first year Ennie nominnes as well as being the focus of a thriving Living RPGA campaign this year, Arcanis from Paradigm Concepts.

And the list doesn't seem to focus on just licences like Raveloft, Slane or Kalamar since it has Dragonstar. The logic seems a bit arbritary. Can we call a redo?

I'd have to put Iron Kingdoms as my favorite setting... afterall it was seeing what a great job they did with the Witchfire Trilogy that caused me to contact them and enter the freelance industry with the Monsternomicon ;-)

PS: I voted for Dragonstar however because the actual setting book for IK has not come out yet, but as soon as it does I'll be voting that... at least until my setting gets printed ;-)

Re: Does RPGA count?

Yes Warp I know what you voted.

Klugie, I thought you'd be pleased since you wrote for THG that MEG's world appeared...

And if people want Everquest, fine. I just didn't put it in since I figured we'd be sticking to d20 types, meaning those that just require the PHB, not a new set.

Other: Shadowforce Archer for Spycraft

Granted, I pick that because I have read so much of it lately, but I either don't know or dislike all of the others.

Nightfall, certainly don't misunderstand me. I'm excited to see Gothos doing as well as it is. I just think you're gonna get a lot of people saying "Here, where is campaign world X?!". That's all.

On a non-related note, be sure to check out my latest book, "Campaign World X", coming this fall to a LGS near you.
