This was pretty clearly a fire-and-forget issue for David Noonan. If Erik asked him to come here, it hasn't been important enough for him to do so.

My guess is that like WizKids he doesn't use a spreadsheet to balance the numbers. I'd bet it was more intuition than calculation, and he probably doesn't want to confirm that.

Just thought I'd bump one last time, as a friend is planning a Rokugan mecha campaign. Gotta find a cost for those Huge katanas...we may just have to translate everything to the fantasy-equivalents.

I wonder what the spell failure penalty is on a Gargantuan mecha?
