[Ployhedron] Iron Lords of Jupiter questions

Hey everyone, not sure if the Search feature is generally disabled, or what, but it kept saying I didn't have enough priviliges to do it... whatever...

So, I'll just post to see if anyone out there knows.

Under the New Feats section, it refers to [Stranger] and [Native] feats, yet there are no [Native] feats to speak of. If Lizard, or Erik Mona are out there, were there supposed to be [Native] feats? If so, could you post them, if even in a web-supplement?

Under the Feats, for Aircraft Operation, is says that a character must choose from ornithopter, sky barges and gliders as the only aircraft classes. In the next issue of Polyhedron (#161), 5 kinds of new vehicles are listed, but none of them are listed with which aircraft class they are.

Both the Trader and Wise One advanced classes are missing their respective bonus feats lists. Anyone know what they were supposed to be?

I can definitely verify your missing items, and as I'm just to embark on an ILoJ game myself, am adding my voice to the request for missing materials...

I believe the missing feats were errataed, but I am not sure where they were published. I can check my notes at home if Erik doesn't respond.

The [Native] feats may have been dropped during development, but the reference may not have been cut; I'll check.

Likewise, I will get back to you on the vehicle types.

So, in short, there are answers to all your questions, but, rather than rely on my faulty memory, I will go back to my sources when I get a chance.

Myself, as soon as I finish up with the WotC Adventure Path series (with on-the-fly conversion to 3.5) I'm preparing to run an Iron Lords campaign also.

Of course, I'm going a bit overboard, as I am taking the Modern SRD rtf files and editting them with ILoJ content to hand out to my PCs. The plan is to start as a regular D20 Modern campaign and then have those PCs injected as-is into the Jovian system. Having a set of ILoJ-D20 files printed for my PCs at that moment will be helpful.

And no, to answer the question, I will not be distributing those files outside my campaign in anything than as dead-tree printings. I'm pretty sensitive to the fact that nothing has been made OGC. I just like rules centralized for my players, rather than dispersed all over.

And Lizard, Thanks for whatever you can dig up! I'm anxiously waiting! If you have anything that hit the cutting-room floor, please Please PLEASE feel free to share!

Wise One Bonus Feat List:Alertness, Animal Affinity, Educated, Guide, Iron Will, Medical Expert, Renown, Track

Trader Bonus Feat List: Alertness, Attentive, Confident, Deceptive, Iron Will Renown, Trustworthy, Windfall.

Any light to shed on the aircraft types yet? Care to discuss further what kinds of feats may have been given the edit during the development phase?

Since I have your attention ( ), I remember asking you your opinion on what psionic rules system you considered to evoke the best flavor for a planetary romance genre campaign. Have you seen Green Ronin's new Psychic's Handbook by Steve Kenson? It has an advanced class for use in D20 Modern games that uses the same system presented in the book which is, of course, primarily a book for normal D&D games. If you have seen this, what is your opinion on the flavor fit in an ILoJ game?
