Polymorph into a remorhaz?

This appears to be true, but I want to make sure. When polymorphing into a remorhaz, do you get the improved grab, swallow whole, heat, and damage inside the gullet that a regular remorhaz has? Sure seems powerful.... For example, here's the heat ability:

Heat (Ex): An enraged remorhaz generates heat so intense that anything touching its body takes 8d6 points of fire damage. Creatures striking a remorhaz with natural attacks or unarmed attacks are subject to this damage, but creatures striking with melee weapons do not take damage from the remorhaz’s heat. This heat can melt or char weapons; any weapon that strikes a remorhaz is allowed a DC 18 Fortitude save to avoid destruction. The save DC is Constitution-based. Skills: Remorhazes have a +4 racial bonus on Listen checks.

Don't you only get extraordinary special attacks?
The Heat ability doesn't seem to be an attack.

And isn't a Remorhaz huge?

If you do not use the alter self limitations in the first line of polymorph (i.e. only one size bigger)(pyrohydra anyone), then polymorph is one seriously broken spell. Polymorph mentions changing the shrink limitation, but not the enlarge one. The RPGA talks about this in their LG document at http://living-greyhawk.com/Downloads/LGCS 3.0.pdf
