What would the implications of a change in duration be for the Polymorph Other Spell?
Specificaly, the current duration is Permanent which means that it can be canceld using Dispel Magic or detected as an active magical arua using Detect magic.
If the Duration was changed to Instantaneous like that of the "Flesh to Stone" spell, how would this effect how other spells interact with it.
Obviuosly Detect and Dispel magic are do longer a factor, but what about True sight and other related spell. What about aging.
How would it be reversed. How would it affect the target long term. How would the natural and or chemical "Instincts" of the chosen form affect the target of this spell. Would a man changed into a woman suddenly have a chemical based reaction upon seeing an attractive man. Would a person have a fear reaction if animals of his new form in the area sounded an alarm call because of a natural predator in the area.
