Polymorph[Wildshape] and STAT Bonuses

Ok question about Polymorph and more specifically Wildshape.

Lets say I have a 27th level druid who has the EPIC Dragon Shape feat which allows him to change into a Dragon using his wildshape ability.

With the rules if the Druid is wearing a magical Ring it will appear in Dragon shape form since the dragon can also wear a ring.

Now lets say you have a Magical Ring with a +2 Enchantment Bonus to STR (Yes I know its not a normal magical item, but it is a feasible item). Now when the Druid Wildshapes into the Dragon the Dragon will get the bonus of the Ring granting him a +2 Enchantment Bonus to STR.

Now lets say the same Druid gets a Miracle (or wish) casted on him granting him a +1 Innate Bonus to STR. Now when the Druid Wildshapes into the Dragon does he still get the +1 Innate Bonus to STR or not?

Ok, lets say instead of casting the Miracle/Wish on the Druid its cast on the Ring granting it a +1 Innate Bonus to STR (along with the +2 Enchantment Bonus) and the Druid Wildshapes into the Dragon, I assume he would get the full bonus of +3 to STR (+2 Enchantement Bonus/+1 Innate Bonus from the Ring).

I can see it ruled either way, but being that Innate Bonuses are more rare, I would think they were more powerful, thus it should also work when Wildshaped.

Input please.

An inherent bonus is still a bonus. It does not stack with other inherent bonuses. It's not the same as the increase to an ability score one receives every four levels.

If a character with 15 Strength raises his Strength at 4th level, his base Strength score is now 16. Bonuses and penalties modify that 16.

If he then reads a Manual +1, his base Str is still 16, but he also has a +1 inherent bonus.

So when he turns into a dragon, his base Str (16) becomes that of the dragon... and he also has a +1 inherent bonus.
