That sounds like a an idea, make it level 8 or 12 though, they seem to like multiples of four (or six) must be an unwritten rule
But I agree with Thanee, as a high level feat that sounds Ok

Two Handed Power Strike
Choose one non-light type of melee weapon.
Prerequisites: Str 13+, Power Attack, Cleave, Weapon Focus (in the desired weapon), Weapon Specialization (in the desired weapon), Fighter level 8th
Benefit: When wielding your chosen weapon in 2 hands, you are able to more fully exploit the weapon's balance to put more force into the blow. You may choose to add twice your Strength bonus to damage dealt, but each attack made that round will be at a -2 penalty. You must use the full attack action to use this feat.
Greater Two-Handed Power Strike
Prerequisite: Two Handed Power Strike, Fighter level 12th
Benefit: You no longer suffer the -2 penalty when employing Two-Handed Power Strike. Further you may now employ the feat when performing the charge action.
Well, the 4 prerequisite feats are ones of which three, if not all 4, tend to be taken by any fighter using two-handed weapons. I'd drop Cleave as a prerequisite myself, but otherwise it looks good to me.Lord Satan said:5 feats to use 1 two-handed specialist weapon at double damage, may be slightly to much but otherwise seems good, would say 5 feats if it could apply to any two-handed weapon, or maybe 4 feats if it can only be applied to one weapon as this would appear to be. The Samurai by the way i think may be another class that can do double damage with a two-handed weapon, also for less feats.
