D&D 5E Powers that last until the end of your next turn...

So one player gets hit by a power that stuns until the end of monsters next turn. Since this is not a 'save ends' power, granting an immediate save to player by another player will not work?

Is thier a way around these powers?

Granting a save won't work.

There are some abilities that specifically remove condition X, or perhaps make it irrelevant.

Yeah, these powers suck. Our group learned exactly how bad they were in Thunderspire Labryinth.

Spoiler proof for those playing through it:
The stupid duergar theurges have an burst attack power which has a secondary effect of blindness until the end of their turn. It pretty much meant that you lost a turn flailing about waiting for the blindness to wear off. One good thing we found was to use your Second Wind or a Healing Potion during that round.

Generally, the only way to avoid those types of effects is not to let them hit you in the first place (more easily said than done).

Yeah, oddly WotC seems to think that a (save ends) power is better than one that is "until end of next turn", but frankly in most cases the latter type are actually better. Granted they end at a definite time, but (save ends) have a 50/50 chance of ending sooner than that anyway and very little chance of lasting more than 2 or 3 rounds.

You just have to fear those monsters that have them. At least you can plan on the effect ending at a specific point in time.

We've been using the house rule that any 'until end of the next turn' effects can be knocked off prematurely if a special ability or power grants you a save. This has made Wardens very popular.

Not really. Basically, a UENT attack will affect the target for one of his actions and then your next turn. A save ends attack affect the target for one of his turns, and then has a chance hit for your next turn and his next turn (and then another chance).
