PP powers cant be retrained; Can they power swap?

I know under the heading for retraining you cannot retrain paragon powers but can you use feats like bravo novice to replace PP powers?

Nope. Multiclass/power-swap feats replace a power that you would gain from your primary class, as per the PHB. So far as I know, there's no way in the game to swap out a PP power for something else.

The Reserve Maneuver feat might work. The wording is a little unclear, so there's some debate.

Hrm. I'm obviously not going to be accepted as an authority here, but it's pretty clear to me that they're talking about class powers only, both in terms of the trade-out and the replacement.

As far as I know, all of the rules, features and options that allow you to swap or retrain powers apply to class powers only, not paragon path powers.

You can only swap a power that has another legal option for that power's place. PP powers only have one option, so you cannot swap.

Shielding Familiar and Spellseer Familiar allow you to replace any 6th level or higher Utility power.

Adroit Explorer doesn't have any powers, only features.

Those features select class powers, which can be retreained.

The Paragon Path has 2 powers instead of 3, but it sure does have powers. Also, the Ambitious Effort ability (the one you must be thinking of, the one that gives you an extra trained encounter power from your class) says that it can be retrained at 21st to chose a higher level power, so I'm not sure that you can retrain that one willy nilly either.
