Yes, I have decided that the various dragon species have different life spans, and that dragons have a maximum age. I've also decided to limit dragons to Huge size at the largest. I figure that huge is big enough. (Ever face an elephant (huge) in real life? Gives you some appreciation of what huge really means, don't it?:))

In case you're wondering, white dragons don't have the shortest life spans, that "distinction" belongs to copper dragons, with black dragons just slightly ahead. The species with the longest life span is (surprise) the blue dragon, ahead of even gold and silver dragons

More news as it becomes available.

Interresting concept, personally I like my dragons to go to colossal+ and never die from old age, they just keep on growing and getting thougher and badder as they age.

But then again the most powerful dragon in my campaign is an advanced paragon great red wyrm... Fortunatly he's been sleeping for the last 5000 or so years.

Fear the Firebringer!
