This is expanded beyond what is in the book. Everyone who purchased the book will also be given a copy of this revised edition.
The books were supposed to arrive this week. If they arrive today I'll get busy signing so I can ship copies tomorrow.
I'm getting pretty excited to see the books. Maybe I'll have to make a little Quicktime of what the interior looks like . . . turn the camcorder on and just flip through pages.

Downloaded my update; thanks for making it available. I particularly appreciate that the black & white version wasn't just the color version with white space where the graphics and borders were. However, it's really only the borders that keep me from printing out the color version. I quite like the illustrations, and the small number of them wouldn't have been an unreasonable drain on the ink cartridge. The layout does look nice on screen though.
