The Unseelie Fey template which originally appeared in Dragon #304, is updated to 3.5 on page 222 of Dragon Compendium, Volume 1. Is that what you are referring to?

Actually I was looking for the specific creatures, not a template.

Which specific creatures? As far as I can tell, there have only been the following "unseelie" creatures in D&D's history:

• Faerie, Unseelie, Living Evil Faerie (Blood Spawn accessory for Birthright)
• Faerie, Unseelie, Undead Faerie (Blood Spawn accessory for Birthright)
• Nymph, Unseelie (Monstrous Compendium Annual Volume Four, updated on the WotC web site)
• Sprite, Unseelie Faerie (Spelbound, Monstrous Compendium Annual Volume Two, updated in the Bestiary of the Realms, Volume 2)
• Unseelie Court Fey template (Dragon #304, updated in Dragon Compendium, Volume 1)
• Unseelie Unicorn (Dragon #304)
• Summer Unseelie Fey Gnome (Dragon Compendium, Volume 1)

Is one of those the creature you are thinking of?

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, as I don't think it has a lot of unseelie conversions, but you might be interested in WotC's Fey Feature archive if you haven't seen it before.
