PrClasses and domains

When character takes levels in PrC that grants him an extra domain (Divine Dicipline, for example), he gains that domains granted power, right?

If the granted power is based on character's class (like Strenght domain feat of strenght) is the effect of the power based on
a) character level
b) combined cleric & PrC levels
c) character's divine caster level
d) Something else?

I'm not sure if there is an actual rule on this, but I would rule b).
