In a world where I could produce and distribute 700-page full colour hardback books for $0, indeed I would be! I'd also flood the market with billions of WotBS hardcovers so that you couldn't walk down the street without seeing one.

Unfortunately, I don't live in that delightful sounding world, and will be lucky to see $17.50!

I had once a paypal account, but I closed it.

Now, I can create another one, but they refuse to take my credit card, because it was registered in the old one.
