Pre-Wars Greyhawk supplement recommendations?

I've finally decided that my OSRIC game will be set in pre-Wars Greyhawk and have, accordingly, arranged to purchase copies of the original Greyhawk folio, the World of Greyhawk box set, and the City of Greyhawk box set. I also plan on printing out a copy of the Castle of the Mad Archmage. What other supplements should I look into picking up and/or printing (if free things that can be found online)?

There weren't many other supplements prior to the Greyhawk Wars. Most were adventures. What adventures do you have?

The other accessories though, the Greyhawk hardcover. The Greyhawk Monster Compendium. Greyspace (dubious use with a Flanaess campaign). . . .

Dwellers of the Forbidden City. The Ghost Tower of Inverness. The Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan. The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth. The Saltmarsh trilogy. The Temple of Elemental Evil. Tomb of Horrors. The Village of Hommlet.

The Greyhawk hardcover? Greyhawk Adventure? Also, is the Monster Compendium one of those loose leaf affairs for AD&D 2e?

The Fate of Istus has a great deal of setting material in it. Hopping around to different cities, Bandit Kingdoms, Ulek, Nyrond, Great Kingdom.

Vecna Lives takes PCs across the Flanaess out towards the other side of the Crystalmists.

The Falcon trilogy has some more details around the Domain of Greyhawk.

If you can find a copy of the old Castles boxed set, there is a booklet that details Castle Hart from Furyondy in extreme detail.

WG12 Vale of the Mage, details the . . . Valley of the Mage and inhabitants like the Valley Elves.

UK 1, 2, 3 give thin details about the Sea Princes.

WGR2 is an anthology of mini adventures, but IMO can be dug through for the vignette backgrounds to distill out details.
