I think that I have all of the right modifiers. There is one mod I don't know and that is the Warlock's +1 to AC. Also there are several guesses in here, any ideas on them.

Halfling Paladin
AC 20 (10 +8 for armor +2 for shield)
Fort 13 (10 +2 for STR +1 for class)
Ref 14 (10 +1 for DEX +2 for shield +1 for class)
Will 14 (10 +3 for CHA +1 for class)//been errata'd

Human Cleric
AC 16 (10 +6 for armor)
Fort 13 (10 +2 for STR +1 for human)
Ref 12 (10 +1 for INT +1 for human)
Will 17 (10 +4 for WIS +2 for class +1 for human)

Dwarf Fighter
AC 19 (10 +7 for armor +2 for shield)
Fort 16 (10 +4 CON +2 class)
Ref 13 (10 +1 DEX +2 shield)
Will 12 (10 +2 WIS)

Eladrin Ranger
AC 17 (10 +3 for armor +4 for DEX)
Fort 13 (10 +2 for STR +1 for class)
Ref 15 (10 +4 for DEX +1 for class)
Will 13 (10 +2 for WIS +1 for class)

Tiefling Wizard
AC 15 (10 +0 for armor +5 for INT)
Fort 10 (10)
Ref 15 (10 +5 for INT)
Will 13 (10 +1 for CHA +2 for class)

Half-Elf Warlock
AC 15 (10 +2 for armor +2 for INT +1 for ?)
Fort 13 (10 +3 for CON)
Ref 13 (10 +2 for INT +1 for class)
Will 15 (10 +4 for CHA +1 for class)

I'm quite certain that you're wrong on the armor bonuses. In your scheme there is a +1, 2, 3....6,7,8. Where's the 4 and 5? I think it's more like that:

Cloth +0
Leather +2
Hide +3
Chain +4
Scale +5
Plate +6

Heavy armors don't give you Dex/Int to AC, so you'd expect them to be a few points higher.

Accordingly, 0/2/3, 6/7/8 seems pretty reasonable to me.

I'm very curious if there's a good reason for casters not to take the ability to wear leather armor, though.

I think the original poster is correct, as your values don't make sense given the pregen characters. I also don't see why you have to have a +4 and +5 armour.

Apparently wizards are the only casters who CAN'T wear leather right off the bat. I guess the question is whether it's worth a feat to get an extra 2 AC for your wizard, who shouldn't be getting hit by melee in the first place...

Another possibility is that leather is +3 and hide is +4. The armor spread from the PHB states,"Hide armor can bind and slightly hinder your precision, but it's light enough that it doesn't affect your speed." Looking over the ranger pre-gen is seems apparent that hide armor doesn't affect skill checks so it seems plausible that some sort of dex cap or penalty to AC exists.

Shouldn't the halfling Paladin getting an extra +2 AC for being 'small'?

From what I can see on the pregen sheet, the Halfling gains no bonuses or penalties for being small. None!

He doesn't seem to be gaining any bonus to hit (I assume a Shortsword is a prof 3 weapon), no bonuses to his defences, no bonuses to skills... Apparently being small now just means you're small

That's not going to make the simulationists happy. :uhoh:

He is using a shortsword like a longsword.
