Price that Enhancement (round 1)

No Healing skill!!??

Am I to understand that most adventurers do not max out the Heal skill? My 8th level Cleric of Lathander currently has +16 on his heal checks (11 ranks, +3 stat and +2 synergy bonus from Herbalism). Maybe some DMs just use it for quick first aid and that is it. My DM allows me to perform autopsies, figure out just how injured party members are so I don't blow a Cure Serious when a Cure Light might do (DC 19), determining if that was a killing blow at a distance, as well as the traditional disease, setting bones, etc... that the skill has allowed. If the party healers aren't taking this skill they are short changing themselves and their parties.
