Tentatively, I'm looking at about 160,000 gold pieces. The transportation effect seems to me to be about equivalent to a sixth- or seventh-level spell (usable seven times per day), and the immunity to fatigue and exhaustion is a significant added perk.Seven-League Boots: This pair of fine boots are made from the leather of an unknown creature and function as boots of striding and springing. In addition, the wearer of seven-league boots is immune to all fatigue and exhaustion effects, and to any nonlethal damage caused by extended overland movement. He can also run for as long as he likes without suffering adverse effects.
Finally, seven-league boots have a powerful transportation ability. Up to seven times per day (but no more than once per round), the wearer of the boots can activate them as part of any action in which he has moved at least 10 feet to shift instantly from place to place. Using this ability is not an action apart from the movement, and does not provoke attacks of opportunity. This transportation effect resembles a dimension door spell, except that it has a maximum range of 2400 feet, there must be a clear path between the wearer and the target location (even if this path is not a straight line, involves moving through air, or the like), and the wearer can act normally after being transported – in fact, he can continue with the same action he was performing prior to activating the item. Thus, a charging character can run for ten feet, activate his seven-league boots to position himself on a distant platform, and finish his charge to strike an enemy.
Strong conjuration and moderate transmutation; CL 18th. Craft Wondrous Item, longstrider, freedom of movement, dimension door. Price [???] gp; Weight 1 lb.
