Problem Replying to Threads

Just recently I've run into a problem replying to threads. I run Firefox 1.0.2, and the box for text when I go to reply to a thread or edit my signature doesn't allow me to type within it, it ends up the same as the dark background. I don't know if this is an issue on my end, but if anyone has any suggestions, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I can quick reply, but that seems the only way to reply to a thread.

The last time I even tried to load ENWorld on FireFox it never worked (almost always a time out error) so I switched to IE.

hah! now it seems to be working, damned april fools joke run too long or something...

I've never had a problem with Firefox before, I had a couple issues with Opera on ENWorld at one point, but I absolutely refuse to use IE. Seems to have fixed itself.
