problem with RPGshop RPGnow?

My card (and my brother's card) is always declined by RPGshop and RPGnow, am I the only one who get this problem?

As a side note, during the confirmation process with paypal, they say that my card was denied by the bank that issued it, but it hasn't stopped them from billing me 1$ for the confirmation (but I get refunded after). Am I the only one here too?

I'm not a drug or weapon dealer, oh! and Amazon.com still accept my card and my bank account is ok.

Have you tried emailing them? They tend to be quite helpful, I've found.

Alternatively, you could set up a PayPal account and pay through that.

yes, I have

with my first card which didn't work, they were as puzzled as I was and asked if I could use another card.

and I already atempted to use paypal, as I said just before.

Here, I just want to know if others had the same kind of problem, it my help my bank to figure what the problem is (and I have family in that bank, so it's not an evil scheme to prevent me from buying some things)
