Problems with RPGShop?

I placed an order with them over a month ago, it's still listed as "Backordered" even though that is only supposed to last for a week maximum, my two e-mails have gone unanswered, and their toll-free number doesn't seem to work from Canada.

This is my second order from them, and I had no problems the first time. Has anyone else had problems getting in touch with them lately?

Followup:

I called the non-toll free number using a long distance card I found in my wallet, and I've been told that they're having some database problems but my order is shipping today.
