Problems with WotC forums

WotC's forums have been down off and on all day, but even when they're up I can't get in. I've been logged out (though I'm pretty sure the two weeks my login is supposed to persist have not expired) and when I try to log in I get, after a long wait, one of several error messages. The most recent is:

Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 302

Does anyone have a way of knowing what's going on here, or at least a means by which I can inform WotC of this without actually being able to log into their boards?

If you go to the front D&D page and try and login there you get the warning that the sign on software is disabled. The forums probably don't have a nice way of detecting and telling that, they just error out.

My bet is they are doing another update for the subscription back end. Or the previous update is broken.

They seem to ber working fine for me.

I'm having the same problem...can't log in...the log-in screen won't even load. Maybe there are some bugs in the latest update.

Thanks, at least I know they know about it.

I'm back to the first error message I got, in case that helps anyone, which is

Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerTimeoutException: The server request timed out.

(At first, I read the last part of the big long compound word as "TimeoutExpletive". Which accurately describes my feelings about the matter...)

(BTW, am I the only one who's bothered by the illiterate wording of the message that announces that their forums are down? "The downtime... will be down for several hours", if it literally means anything, suggests that they will be up for several hours...)
