Procedures for 'sticky' thread?

Hey, guys. I've got a thread going in General Discussion about an ENWorld Gathering at Shorecon (for us poor East Coast slobs who can't get to Gencon, *sob*). When it gets closer to Shorecon, I was wondering if it's possible to request that it gets made sticky, so it won't have to be bumped, periodically?

The 'con is on labor day weekend, so I don't want to clutter the boards continually, but I'd like to make sure the plenty of folks see it, so we can get a good turnout.

Just so you know, sticky threads generally get considerably less views than regular threads. People just skip over them,
