Proposed new derived stats

This is the proposal for altering derived stats. SPEED and DEFENSE are changed.

Definitely like the changes to Speed and am eager to try out the changes to defense. This will likely increase PC reliance on SOAK if they are getting shot more often. Our group at least can try it out next week.

I'm actually trialling a natural SOAK value based on END starting at +1 at END 6 and using the same scale as SPEED. The size-related SOAK values would then become modifiers. I'm not entirely sure, yet, though as END drives HEALTH, and so it would just be increasing a kind of virtual health, making the same attribute do the same thing twice but in different ways.
