If a 10th level Psychic Warrior uses Persistent Power on Hustle, what happens?

A - He gets one extra partial action, but it can be any time during the 24 hour period, instead of just on the round following the manifestation.

or B- He gets a extra partial action every round for 24 hours.

or C- For some reason Hustle doesn't qualify for Persistent.

or D- Something else (please elaborate).

well, it doesn't help that there is no duration. But from what it says, I don't think making this persistant will help. You gain the extra partial action the next round. So, IMO, using it this way does not give you anything extra.

If you manifest Persistent Hustle, you can, at any one time during the next 24 hours, gain an extra partial action. It's not worth the extra 8 power points and 2 feats, IMO.

That's the way I'm thinking it'd work... kind of like a proactive quickened.
