Psion power clarifications needed

Can a psion use empathic transfer and vigor to heal wounds? (Vigor provides temporary hp, so the damage you receive from empathic transfer damages your extra hp from vigor?)

When a psion uses metamorphosis to turn into a will'o'wisp, what powers of the monster does he get? (+9 deflection bonus, invisibility at will etc...)

When a psion uses touchsight, does he get to ignore the effects of mirror image, displacement etc...? Is this power effectively a truesight with a lower level?

Crystal power is ultimately powerful. Touch AC, no save no SR and incredible damage potential. What are the ways to counter this? Can it be combined with psionic shot and greater psionic shot?

1) Yep. Temp hp will go away first. It is a fun way to go, although it takes a lot of time and resources.

2) Hard to say, is it a physical quality like natural armor or is it something else? Invis is a special quality though so isnt retained.

3) This is a bit rougher. How does it interact with illusions? it says it penetrates some specifically but is silent on others. I would just assume that any it does not say it bypasses are still going to work against it. So, you ignore darkness, invisibility, and concealment, but that is all.

4) Yes, it can be combined with psionic shot and greater psionic shot, although that brings focus into play so that is a balancing factor. At low levels I would think that magic missile would be stronger overall, and at higher levels there are other spells and powers which can do more, where exactly is it being incredibly powerful?

You do not gain the deflection bonus (only natural armor bonus), neither the invisibility or magic immunity (since you only gain extraordinary special *attacks*, but not *qualities*.

Looks more like it works similar to Blindsight. Close enough in many cases, but not quite as good as True Seeing.
