Psionic assistance needed for monster conversion

I'm trying to convert the braxat from MMII into 3.5e, but it's a psionic creature and I don't have a lot of familiarity with the Expanded Psionics Handbook. Certainly would appreciate some advice.

MMII states that it has a manifester level of 8, and can use blink and dimension door at will. Dimension door was easy enough to convert to a psionic power, but what is the EPH's psionic analogue to blink?

It also has the attack/defense modes mind blast, mind thrust/empty mind, thought shield. Since the EPH converted these to powers, I'm not entirely sure what to do with them. Empty mind isn't listed as a power (unless it's called something else now), and I'm not sure if they should function at will or a certain number of times per day. Do their seem to be any guidelines for this?

There's no direct analogue to blink. I'd use greater concealing amorpha, which is more the psionic equivalent of displacement. Still, both give 50% concealment.

Empty mind is listed as a power in the SRD anyway (too lazy to go get the book). It's a 1st level power you can activate as an immediate action (a la feather fall) and that gives you +2 to Will saves until your next action (augment: +2 PP gives +1 to saves, so with a ML of 8 it should give +5).

I'd give it three activations per day of the former attack/defense modes. Mind thrust is seriously nasty (8d10 damage, will negates - it's very good att taking out fighters and the like), and if it can activate empty mind at will, well, that's pretty much the same as giving it +5 permanently to Will saves.
 

You're right, empty mind is there. I just must've looked right past it.

This is tricky business. I'm trying to convert this critter to a playable monster class. It certainly has the potential to be a cool warror-mage type of creature, if I can work out the kinks.
