D&D 5E Psionic Attacks

I am creating an old Dark Sun monster that has the psionic ability Aversion or Repell (can't remember). I am going to switch it to the spell Sanctuary (with a bonus effect that you can't get within 5' of the creature). Should the saving throw be INT, WIS or CHR?

I feel like psionic type attacks should be INT. The intellect devourer uses INT for its mental attack.

I feel like there is a chart somewhere that I now can't find that says:

Use <insert ability here> for saving throws when <insert type of attack>.

I think it would vary based off the attack. Ego Whip, to me, says Charisma save to keep your sense of self worth. Id Insinuation would be Wisdom as you seek to tamp down your inner beast. Inflict Pain would Con to endure the agony.

Aversion could easily be Wisdom, as most command/charm/fear type spells and effects use that as their opposing saving throw. Just because its psionic doesn't mean its automatically Intelligence. Dodging fire is still dodging fire, regardless of whether a wizard did it with Fireball or a psion did it with Pyrokinesis.

Making them all Intelligence, particularly for a setting like Darksun where virtually everything has psionic attacks, will lead to some encounter balance issues and things feeling too one-sided. .
