[Psionic] Mind Feeder / Body Feeder

Penguin Herder
Mind Feeder
When striking a foe, your weapon deals one point of Wisdom damage in addition to its regular damage, and you gain one temporary Power Point (temporary Power Points stack and last 10 minutes). Wisdom damage and Power Points are not multiplied on a critical hit.
Cost: as a +3 enhancement.

Body Feeder
When using the Psionic Weapon Feat, the extra 1d4 damage you deal heals you by an equal amount.
Cost: as a +2 enhancement.

Anyone think these are too weak, too strong, too awesome?

Body Feeder sounds powerful. After full round attacks, it can be a decent bit of healing.

I see it as a weapon-guy way of compensating for not being able to use Claws of the Vampire. It costs more than CotV, especially in terms of HP per PP.

Hmmm. What's your intention here? I would say that this is too strong, primarily because there's no way to avoid the Wisdom loss. This will make it relatively easy to drop people with low Wisdom scores. One point of Wis damage per hit is strong by itself, but with regenerating power points each time, it's too nasty. I'd probably add a save (Will DC 16 or so is what I'd go with; success negates the Wis damage and your power point gain). If you put a save on, you might even be able to get by with it as a +2 enchantment. As it is, though, I'd say it's too strong.

I like this. I'd actually prefer something like this to the presence of Claws of the Vampire at all, since I think that power is too good. But this would work well - it might even be a bit overcosted at +2, since you've got to spend the power point, and then hit for it to do anything for you.

It's modeled after the 3.5e Wounding ability, which deals 1 point of Con damage with each hit for the price of a +2 enhancement.

I think that Wisdom damage is weaker than Con damage, since Con damage kills you (HP damage and 0 Con = death), while Wisdom damage just makes your Will save lower, or renders you catatonic.

+2 may be too high, I agree, but it's healing for PsiWars, and that's pretty good. It also costs them a Feat instead of a Power. The price for *both* enhancements should be high, since you get extra PPs from one, which you can then burn on Psychic Weapon damage + healing.
