Hi all,
We have run up against a small problem in our game. We have a Psionic Warrior with Body EQ but we are unable to agree on the neccessity (or not) of needing to make a Balance check when, say for example, he has manifested Body EQ and wants to walk across a thin rope.
Is there any official ruling on this?
