Well, since the undead are immune to ability damage, can they burn ability points (via body fuel feat: 2 ability points=1pp) indefinitely? this will be a killer when combined with the power psychofeedback.

I see two choices:

A) They wouldn't be able to gain any benefit from body fuel at all (because they can't burn the stat points to gain the power).

B) "Burning" your stat points doesn't count as doing ability damage to yourself, you just treat it as ability damage afterward for purposes of recovering them.

Uhh... I would say... No. Based on the fact that ability score damage from psionic attack modes hits undead, i would say that by association, either the damage applies, or the ability is unusable.

According to Bruce Cordell, undead can't use Body Fuel.

Thanx for clearing that up, but say, if a ghost psion manifests and uses malevolence (magic jar) to take a poor guy's body and suck the juice out of him by using body fuel, snagging him power points and killing his enemy, in one.

Undead can't use Biofeedback; it doesn't work for them.
A ghost could learn Body Fuel, but can only use it on a possessed body. And yeah, that is one nasty feat. Good think the errata caps the ability damage max at 60 points.

How would an undead psionic use Psychokinetic Blast or any otehr Con stat related power? Use thier previous score for determining availability or can't use them at all?

They use CHA in place of CON. It's somewhere in the PsiHB in the monsters appendix near the psionic template. (Doing this from memory.)
