I'm curious about whether or not to include psionics in my next campaign, and wanted to do a quick survey on how many people use psionics, and to what degree.

Do you use (or plan to use) psionics in your campaign?

A large portion of land, ruled by scalefolk (snake men, dino people, lizard folk, gatormen, etc.) actually have psionics integrated into their very being, making one of the psionic classes their preferred class. I use the XPH and Complete Psionic.

This one's easy! OTHER.

In my Eberron game, there are psionic foes as detailed in the campaign setting, and the folk from Sarlonna and whatnot. We have a single psionic warrior/warblade in the group as a player character. A few NPCs are psionic. Everyone in this group thinks psionics are cool and work well.

My Forgotten Realms game in the Moonsea contains no psionic characters, and so far I have not introduced any psionic NPCs or monsters because there doesn't appear to be any great interest.

I run Dark Sun games, so I use psionics pretty heavily (stay away from the cacti!). I mainly use the XPH, Complete Psionic and Hyperconscious.

I use it in my homebrew as well, but there it isn't psionics at all, it's True Magic.

There are ardent and soulknife PCs in my current game as well as several psionics-wielding NPCs, and I also use the xeph, maenad, and elan races rather heavily, so I voted the first option.

Well, if the Psychic's Handbook is close enough than yes. If it is not, than no. I do not like WOTC's Psionics system for powers of the mind and, it would be too much work to rewrite the flavor.; therefore, I use the UA spell point system for regular magic.

Other. I run an Arcana Evolved game; psionics are entirely integrated into the magic system; if you take the psion feat you can apply the psionic template to your spells, which removes any verbal/somatic/material components.

I run two campaigns.

Psionics and non-core psionics are options in both. I have Hyperconsciousness and Untapped Potential.

In one game there are no psionic pcs but there have been references to psionic tattoo items, there have been psionic monsters using psionics against them, and there are psionic NPCs who have manifested powers.

In my other game one PC is an elan gestalt psywarrior/soulknife. They have met a race with an affinity for the telepath psion subclass and psionic tech. One of the PCs is a warforged with psionic flavor in his creation story (made by one of the telepath race). They have encountered some psionic equipment/devices.
