Psychic Warrior Powers

Is there anything else that is published with more powers other than the Expanded Psionic and Complete Psionic?

Also is there anything published for 3.5 that explains an epic Psychic Warrior?

Psychic warriors already have it pretty awesome just with the XPH though. They don't really NEED anything else to be strong. The whole XPH is strong.

I think the psionics handbook II has new powers and whatnot. But I personally didnt think that book was very good. The Prcs were all strange, and I didnt think many of the new powers were much use.

How balanced is it?

By and large, Hyperconscious is pretty well balanced. It's been a while since I leafed through it - there were a couple things that needed modification, but not much.

If you want WotC-produced content, there isn't much beyond the XPH and Complete Psionic. If your DM allows 3rd party resources, that opens the doors a bit.

I started reading and I found this

Permanent Focus [Psionic]
You can retain your focus for a given feat.
Prerequisite: Narrow Mind*
Benefit: When you take this feat, choose one psionic feat
you already know that requires you to maintain your focus to
utilize the feat’s benefits. Once you’ve made this choice, it
cannot be changed.
From now on, you are treated as if you constantly retain
your psionic focus for purposes of gaining the benefit of the
chosen feat, even if you have actually expended your psionic
focus to gain the benefit of some other feat that requires
such an expenditure.
Special: You may take this feat multiple times. Each time,
it applies to a different psionic feat.

That with Deep Impact.... Wouldn't that make every melee hit a touch attack even on a full attack?

I would say no, the feat says "choose one psionic feat
you already know that requires you to maintain your focus to
utilize the feat’s benefits." Deep impact requires you to EXPEND your psionic focus. Now lets say you have deep impact and speed of thought. If you apply permanent focus to Speed of thought, you still get the +10 ft speed bonus even if you expend your focus to utilize Deep Impact.

What Veven1290 said. Permanent focus is maintain-focus only feats, Deep Impact is expend focus.

Unfortunately, such a feat would be horribly broken if it allowed you to always have focus for focus-expending feats.
