Another current thread got me into thinking about ASF, so here is my suggestion.
Purposeful Caster (General)
Benefit: You may choose to take longer casting spells with somatic components, doing so allows you to ignore ASF. Spells with a casting time of 1 swift action instead become 1 standard action. Spells with a casting time of 1 standard action become 1 full round action. Spells with a casting time longer than one standard action are unaffected.
So what do people think? Is that too powerful? I am kinda trying to balance it with Eschew Material Components. So let me know what you think.
