Question about Flurry of Blows

Can a monk use both flurry of blows and two weapon fighting feat at the same time? I assume this was not the creators intention as flurry of blows=two weapon fighting feat= ambidexterity=rapid shot.

Then no.

If you're using BAB (ie non-monk weapons), you can use two-weapon fighting (possibly using an unarmed strike with your unarmed damage as your off-hand weapon), but not Flurry.

If you're using UBAB, you can Flurry but not use TWF.
